PT Kubota Indonesia, Semarang, a manufacture of agricultural diesel engine, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to drive operations of our business.

Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing competitors and market trends.
2. Developing financial management mechanism that minimize financial risk.
3. Managing a company financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
4. Managing budgets, cash flow, internal control system.
5. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
6. Arranging new sources of finance for a company’s debt facilities.
7. Statutory organizations such as the inland revenue.
8. Developing external relationships with appropriate contacs, e.g audotors, solicitors.
9. Researching, analyzing, reporting on changes or factors influenting business performances and advising accordingly.
10. Formulating strategic and long term business plans.
11. Keeping abreast of charges in financial regulations and legislations.

Requirements:
a. Male or female, max 40 years old.
b. Tertiary education on accounting or related discipline with an internationally recognised accounting qualifications.
c. Minimum 10 years accounting and auditing background with strong management reporting experience from a listed or sizeable firm.
d. Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation and regulations are a MUST.
